-Please keep the property clean and quiet and respect the hygiene rules inside the building;
-The tenant is obliged to use the rented property according to its purpose and not to disturb the peace of the neighboring properties through its use;
-The tenant will hand over the property at the end of the rental period in the same condition as it was received;
-The tenant will not sublet the property;
-The tenant must comply with fire prevention regulations and maintain the goods given for exclusive use;
